Direct purchases from Bitácora Off Road
When you purchase through the Bitácora Off Road WooCommerce checkout, Gabriel Jara Valenzuela carrying on business as Bitácora Off Road is the seller.
Payments are processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Stripe where enabled. A payment processor does not become the seller merely because it processes payment.
Our direct store currently offers sales to customers in Canada. Delivery is available only where a supported delivery method is offered for the product and delivery address before payment.
Direct-store prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless another currency is expressly stated. Product price, quantity, applicable shipping, taxes and the total payable are shown through the checkout process before an order is submitted.
Catalogue prices, descriptions and availability may change for future purchases. Changes made after an order do not retroactively alter an existing order. Product-specific descriptions and terms disclosed before purchase form part of the applicable sale.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it can be fulfilled. Purchases from external sellers
Some products and services featured on this website are purchased directly from independent third parties rather than from Bitácora Off Road.
Buttons such as “Buy on Amazon” and Starlink referral links take you to independent websites. A purchase completed on an external website is governed by the seller, pricing, terms and checkout shown in that external transaction.
For books purchased through Amazon, the applicable seller, payment, shipping, warranty and return arrangements are those identified by Amazon and the relevant seller during the transaction.
For Starlink, service availability, equipment, billing, delivery, plan eligibility and referral benefits are administered by Starlink under its applicable terms.
